Beginning
Matt Grange Gas & Oil Heating Services was started by our founding member, Matt Grange, in 2009. Matt had worked in the gas industry for nearly a decade, accumulating a wealth of knowledge of the industry and variety of experience working on a range of projects. It was this solid foundation of experience that helped him launch his own business. Every job has a personal touch and he is proud to put his name against all the work the company provides.
Growth
Matt Grange Gas & Oil Heating Services has gone from strength to strength. Shortly after it was launched it became apparent that Matt could not meet the demand of all the projects he was receiving by himself. It was then that Matt took on an apprentice to train up and to broaden his client reach.
Matt Grange Gas & Oil Heating Services continues to grow, and we are excited to see the team expand and strengthen the business.
Today
Established in the industry and now operating as a team of seven, this allows us to be able to provide a quality of service to our vast customer base as well as having the manpower to take on those larger projects.
We are proud to be the only Worcester-Bosch Accredited Service Partners in the North East for both gas and oil boilers, this allows us not only to offer the longest boiler guarantees available, but to also repair those boilers directly on behalf of Worcester-Bosch, with this comes the responsibility of upholding Worcester-Bosch's extremely high standards and we are supported in this by regularly attending their training courses.
To ensure standards don't slip from those I set out when the business was in its infancy, we are monitored and vetted by Checkatrade.com, Which? Trusted Traders and TrustPilot, these independent companies allow our customers to score and leave feedback on our work, we now have over 700 reviews on these sites with an average rating of over 99% and they are all there for you to read.
