Boiler Servicing
We recommend a boiler is serviced at least once a year to ensure it is functioning safely and efficiently.
Servicing your boiler will help diagnose any faults that may appear throughout the year, possibly causing long-term issues to your boiler.
An annual service is also ideal to ensure any warranties or guarantees are still valid.

- Bleed Radiators: If there's air trapped in the system, bleeding the radiators can release it, potentially eliminating gurgling sounds.
- Check Water Pressure: Ensure the boiler's water pressure is at the correct level. Low pressure can cause banging noises, so re-pressurize the system if necessary.
- Descale the Boiler: If you suspect kettling due to lime scale buildup, descale the boiler to remove the deposits, which should help eliminate banging or whistling noises.
- Check for Leaks: Inspect the boiler and the surrounding pipes for any leaks. If you find any, repair them promptly to prevent further noise and potential damage.
- Regular Maintenance: Schedule regular servicing of your boiler to keep it in optimal condition. Our qualified heating engineers can identify and fix any issues that might be causing the strange noises.
- Upgrade Insulation: Improving the insulation around your boiler and pipes can reduce noise transmission, making the operation quieter.
