A boiler service is when a Gas Safe registered engineer will come into your home and look over your boiler to check everything is working as it should be. They will look at a number of things including:

– If it all looks like it’s working as it should and if there are any obvious signs of anything being wrong

– Cleaning the main components of the boiler to ensure there aren’t any defects or obstructions

– Checking everything is working as it should such as the heating controls, wiring, gas and pressure flow and flame sense device
